Group Airfare checklist
> 10 Months prior to departure > start planning:
Your best chance to get the lowest group airfare rates is time. We can book group flights up to eleven months before departure.
> After we have received your request we will send a response within one business day. We might need more information to understand your needs and get you the best group fares for your situation.
It usually takes a few days up to a week to get all the group rates from the airlines. We will send you a tailor-made offer without any obligations.
> 2 weeks after your confirmation:
depending on the airline a deposits of 5-20% needs to be paid.
>10-6 weeks prior to departure:
- Final payment is due
- Names of the passengers need to be submitted
- Travel documents and Visa need to be arranged. See for more information this page regarding Travel Documents.
- Group seating will be arranged, so special wishes should be known.
-Tickets will be sent.
Air fare types:
- We will request group fares with all the main airlines. These fares can be secured by paying a deposit after confirmation, without delivering the names and without having to pay the tickets in full.
- On top of this we will always check if other types of tickets will be beneficial for your group:
- Missionary/ humanitarian fares: If your group qualifies for these fares we will inform you of these fares when applicable.
- Public fares: if beneficiary for your specific group needs we will give you individual public fares and low cost airline fares.
- For some schedules a combination of the above fare types is the best solution for your travel plans. We will take all options in to account and send you a free quote without any obligations.
The required information to give you a Group fare quotation is:
• (Approximate) Number of passengers .
• (Approximate) departure Date.
• (Approximate) return Date.
• Routing.
